 My E-Commerce Online Experience 

Online shopping has transformed the way we shop, offering convenience and accessibility to a vast array of products. However, with this convenience also comes the risk of encountering both positive and negative experiences. In this narrative, I will share my personal experiences with buying and selling online, highlighting the benefits and challenges that come with it.



One of my most positive experiences with online shopping was when I purchased the PETKIT Pura-MAX automatic cat toilet. This was a significant investment, priced at around 11,000 baht, but it proved to be incredibly useful. The automatic cat toilet eliminates the need for me to manually clean up after my cat, ensuring that his litter box is always clean and fresh. Additionally, the built-in deodorizing spray helps to maintain a pleasant environment. This purchase not only made my life easier but also improved the quality of life for my cat.




On the flip side, I have also encountered negative experiences when buying online. One such instance was when I purchased The Monsters Fall in Wild series-vinyl plush doll. The original price was 2,690 baht, but I ended up paying 4,590 baht. The seller initially agreed to change the delivery address, but later became unresponsive. Despite my attempts to contact her, she did not respond and eventually blocked me on social media. Feeling frustrated, I had to resort to contacting my bank to suspend her account.

This experience taught me the importance of being cautious when buying from unfamiliar sellers online. While most transactions go smoothly, there is always a risk of encountering dishonest sellers. It is essential to thoroughly research sellers and read reviews before making a purchase.



Another positive experience I had with online shopping was when I bought an ice maker machine. This machine was incredibly convenient as all I had to do was add water and wait for 15 minutes for it to make ice. Previously, I used to go out to 7-11 every week to buy ice for my condo, but now, I don't have to go out anymore. This purchase not only saved me time but also made my daily routine more efficient.


On the other hand, I've also had negative experiences with online shopping, one of which was when I bought shoes from Adidas. The challenge I faced was determining the correct size to purchase. Unlike other products, shoe sizes can vary significantly across different styles and collections. In this instance, I bought Adidas shoes from the adifom superstar collection in size 39. However, I found that they were not a perfect fit, and I think size 40 would have been a better choice. This experience highlighted the importance of carefully considering size variations when buying shoes online.

In conclusion, online shopping offers both positive and negative experiences. While it provides convenience and access to a wide range of products, it also comes with risks such as sizing issues and potential difficulties in communicating with sellers. Nevertheless, by being cautious and informed, we can mitigate these risks and enjoy the benefits of online shopping.
