Malinformation : Prominent public figure caught in scandalous affair
I used to read a lot of news stories as a child about singers and other well-known celebrities getting into scandals for some reason to publishing information with the intent to damage a person's reputation or personal life is considered incorrect information even if that information is true, misinformation is intended to incite negative feelings or actions towards an individual and can spread quickly through social media. so as now I just ignored thoes news.
Don't cut your nails at night because it brings bad luck. distortion information like this in Thailand there is no logical or scientific basis to support yet. However, it is just a legend that has been passed down from generation to generation. But now, there has been fact-finding and it has been found that in the past there was no electricity, making it dangerous to cut nails in the open at night. This kind of disinformation aims to control behavior or instill fear based on unfounded beliefs rather than facts or rational reasoning.
How do you distinguish between misinformation, malinformation and disinformation?
Misinformation is false info without harm. Disinformation misleads or harms. Malinformation twists truth, causing harm.
How do you deal with or response to those fake news?
- It is necessary to use critical thinking, question information that seems suspect, check facts from trustworthy sources, compile data from a variety of sources, and avoid from spreading incorrect content.
What are the major differences between Thailand and Finland policy in regard to Fake News?
- In Thailand, there is more emphasis on censorship than public relations to combat fake news. This will require strict laws and government participation.

- Finland places importance on media literacy. Fact-checking organization and freedom of expression comes first. while Finland emphasizes citizen empowerment and international cooperation.

Which approach do you prefer and why?
- I like Finland's approach to fake news because it places a strong emphasis on critical thinking and education, which helps people separate fact from fiction and creates a more responsible and informed society.
